293 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 293 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 293 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you click the "Register" button, verify your account, or carry out any financial transaction on the 293 platform. Users who are below the legally required age are not permitted to use this platform in any capacity.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 293 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 293 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 293 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 293 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, disrupt other users, or violate any applicable laws in Malaysia.
Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to exploit the payment system, bonuses, or betting mechanisms
- Sharing or transferring funds between different user accounts
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
293 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure of the relevant account.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 293 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods, including local bank transfers and supported e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in the same name as the 293 account. 293 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact the 293 support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. 293 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending any necessary investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
293 provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 293 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or errors in the display of information.
Account Suspension: 293 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if there are signs of suspicious activity, outstanding identity verification requests, or a potential breach of terms. Users will be notified via their registered email address regarding the suspension and the steps required to restore access.
Account Closure: In the event of a serious breach of these terms, 293 reserves the right to permanently close the account. Any remaining funds in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 293 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 293 or its content providers. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 293.
Third-Party Links: The 293 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 293 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms: 293 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
